Our Wise Elephant (Ganesh) was the very first Zen Creation sculpted — the beginning of a collection that now includes nearly 100 original sculptures. The inspiration was drawn from Michael's 35-day trek (pre-Designer Stone) throughout India, from Calcutta to Bangalore to Mumbai, where he drew from the country’s spiritual richness and symbolism. With its raised trunk, traditionally representing wisdom, good fortune and prosperity, this peaceful elephant serves as a joyful reminder that a calm spirit and cheerful heart invite good things to flow your way. The easy on the eye earth tones are especially nice too, complimenting the weathered worn detail and texture.
