If you are less than pleased with you purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will discuss your exchange, credit or refund options. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Claims for Shipping Damage must be entered within 3 business days of delivery.
- Product returned without Return Authorization will be refused and returned to the buyer at their expense.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- We charge a 25% restocking fee to offset our outbound shipping and packaging costs. Not less than $10.00.
- Regardless of discounts or inclusive shipping, the restocking fee still applies to the total before deductions.
- Product must be returned in original packaging when possible. Packed securely to ensure the products safe return. It is the buyer's responsibility the product is returned intact. We recommend purchasing insurance in the event the product is damaged in transit. If the item is damaged in transit it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Discounted items or “Seconds” are non-returnable, non-refundable.
- Premium stains, high gloss finish or "special orders" of any kind are non-returnable, non-refundable.
- For returns authorized outside of 14-days or if a product is returned dirty or scuffed/scraped and requires maintenance on our end we may charge a 50% re-stocking fee (not less than $25.00).
- Because our product is made to order, it is essential the product is not worn or damaged and can be re-sold as new to another customer or through stores that merchandise our products. Refunds will not be approved until the product has been returned and inspected by Designer Stone. We will not grant any refunds for products damaged due to customer neglect or damaged during return shipment.
