"Vintage Recreations" are timeless classics that had barely survived the test of time. We saved, recreated and gave another chance. They are chippy shabby chic, look like they’re pulled right from grandma’s estate but have brand new integrity and they’re absolutely timeless.
Although gargoyles are often seen as hideous creatures, they’ve long been revered as guardians, warding off evil spirits since medieval times. This Vintage Chained Gargoyle, is inspired by the traditional gargoyles of Notre Dame, captures that same old-world mystique with its crouched stance, outstretched wings, and watchful presence. Striking on its own or even more dramatic as a pair flanking a garden entrance, doorway, or bookshelf, it brings timeless protection and intrigue indoors or out. The easy on the eye earth tones are especially nice too, complimenting the weathered worn detail and texture.
